Terrace with a city view: Waking up to a view that could rival a postcard, sipping my morning coffee on the terrace, I felt like I was the mayor of an imaginary city. Simply breathtaking!

Late check-in time: Check-in at 4pm was rather late. A sign on the door could help guests to see that the check-in is in the bar on the corner.

The room was immaculate and had a beautiful bathroom with a fantastic shower. The bed was really comfortable and the room was quiet. I loved the fact that there was a fridge in the room with water, which was really convenient. Another great aspect was the good air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. the hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the town center, and there was free parking available on the street.

Despite the overall positive experience, I did encounter a couple of minor issues. it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

had a great stay in olbia, but J Rooms was even better! perfect location, easy walk to center and quick drive to airport. early check-in, clean room, and breakfast in bar below. overall fantastic, great value for money!

The value for money at J Rooms was excellent, with a clean and nicely furnished room that felt brand new. The location was convenient, close to the bus station, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

More breakfast options would have made the stay even better.

I recently stayed at J Rooms for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. The room was spacious and well-renovated, with great insulation and silent air conditioning. The breakfast at the bar was delicious, especially the coffee. The hosts and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at a hotel in Olbia. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised to find Netflix in the room. The location was perfect, with a bus stop just a few steps away and an easy walk into the city center. The communication with the management was easy and friendly.

We managed to find an alternative solution by renting a scooter and parking it conveniently right in front of the hotel.

The rooms at J Rooms in Olbia were fantastic! They were air-conditioned, which was a must for me as I can't stand the heat. The terrace with a city view was amazing, and I enjoyed sitting out there and taking in the sights. The private bathroom was clean and had a great shower. the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The only thing that I didn't particularly like was the lack of a fridge in the room. It would have been convenient to have one, especially for keeping drinks cold.
